(Extra time spent calling plumbers, emergency crews for broken irrigation,
electric gates, garage doors, malfunctioning locks, malfunctioning alarm
systems, time spent looking for escaped animals because Client does not have secure

time spent cleaning over and above normal duties of job, extra for irrigation, plant watering of nursery stock, etc.)

Pasture/Barn Pets
$4.00 per horse and other pasture pets (feed only)

$3.00 for more than 10 chickens/ducks/geese/peacocks, etc.
Additional charges will apply to medication dispensation, larger birds, fresh and saltwater aquariums, Koi ponds, and additional irrigation of grove/landscaping or watering of plants.
NO PETS? Plant and Home care is provided and based upon a $40.00 per hour rate, $20.00 minimum. This service can be used by those who do not have pets but need home care. Mail and newspaper collected, plants watered, or picking up packages left at door.
PLEASE NOTE: We offer customized services, our prices can vary according to the clients/pets needs. Additional pets, livestock, farm animals, puppy care and medication dispensation are subject to an additional charge. Jobs outside our service area will have additional mileage charge.
A $15.00 surcharge will apply to all major holidays. (NEW YEAR’S EVE DAY,,NEW YEAR’S DAY, PRESIDENT’S DAY, EASTER SUNDAY, MEMORIAL DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE DAY, CHRISTMAS DAY) If a major holiday is not booked, but your booking falls on the day prior or day after a major holiday a $15.00 charge will also apply. The additional charge only applies to the above listed holidays and is a one time daily fee, not an extra per visit fee. Please refer to this list for all applicable dates.
